The study employed a quantitative supported by qualitative resources approach, using a hypotheticaldeductive method. The design was non-experimental, correlational descriptive. The population consisted of jurisprudence by the CSNJPE (2020-2024), the sample consisted of 40 rullings, and the sample size was non-probabilistic. Data collection methods included documentary observation instrument and documentary observation. The statistical analysis showed that, with a significance level of 5%, the calculated F-value (323.157) fell within the rejection region. This allowed the null hypothesis to be discarded and the alternative hypothesis to be accepted, confirming that plea bargain agreements have a significant impact on proving organized crime offenses in Peruvian jurisprudence during the period 2020-2024. Conclusion: It is concluded that plea bargaining constitutes a relevant and effective mechanism for proving organized crime offenses, strengthening the work of the National Superior Court of Specialized Criminal Justice. However, its application requires rigorous verification and strict judicial oversight to guarantee both procedural efficiency and respect for fundamental rights.
